How it works

Refund Processing Timeframes:

• Ticketjee Processing: Once your refund request is submitted, it will take us 10-15 business days to process it on our end.
• Payment Partner Processing: After we approve your refund, it will be sent to your payment processor for further processing. This typically takes an additional 6-8 business days.
• Bank Processing: Once your payment processor receives the refund, it will be deposited into your bank account. The processing time for this final step varies depending on your bank’s policies.

Total Refund Timeline:

Please note that the total time for the refund to reflect in your bank account will be within 45 business days due to the combined processing times mentioned above.

Additional Information:

• Refunds for payments made by methods other than credit card will be issued to the passenger.
• We recommend contacting your bank if you have any questions regarding their specific processing timelines for deposited funds.
• For more details on specific cancellation charges or situations that may affect your refund eligibility, please refer to the fare rules of your airline at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Even in instances of a full refund due to airline cancellation, some fees associated with your booking may still be non-refundable. These may include:
• Ticketjee service charges
• Payment gateway charges
• Convenience fees
• Processing fees
• Optional add-ons (e.g., seat selection, insurance)
