• Travel Deals and Promotions: send relevant offers and updates based on your preferences and travel patterns.
• Legal and Regulatory Compliance: fulfill obligations under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016, and other relevant Pakistani laws, such as data protection or anti-terrorism regulations.

• Intermediary Role: Ticketjee acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers in Pakistan. While they strive to offer reliable services, any changes in policies or disruptions are primarily governed by the travel suppliers’ terms and conditions.
• Refunds and Compensation: Ticketjee will refund your booking in case of their contract termination or business closure, as per Pakistani consumer protection laws. However, their responsibility for compensation may be limited based on their intermediary role.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• Ticketjee reserves the right to modify their terms and conditions at any time. You are advised to periodically review the updated terms on their website to stay informed.

Offers and Promotions:

• All offers and promotions have specific terms and conditions. Read them carefully before applying to understand eligibility, restrictions, and potential cancellation policies.
• Ticketjee has the right to stop or suspend offers without prior notice.

Service Fees: 

• Ticketjee may apply “Service Fees” to every traveler appearing on the payment page for all airline reservations, including domestic and international flights.
• Service fees are non-refundable in case of complete/partial cancellation requested by the customer.
• Service fees are refundable in case of reservation refusal by the supplier or Ticketjee.

Advertisements

• Ticketjee may permit certain third-party companies to help us tailor advertising that we think may be of interest to Users and to collect and use other data about User activities on the services. These companies may deliver ads that might place cookies and otherwise track User behavior.

Data analytics:

• Our Services may use third-party analytics tools that use cookies, web beacons, or other similar information-gathering technologies to collect standard internet activity and usage information.
• The information gathered is used to compile statistical reports on User activity such as how the Users visit our Services. We use the information obtained from these analytics tools to monitor the performance and improve our Services.
• We do not use third-party analytics tools to track or to collect any personally identifiable information of our customers.
